What is the difference between Access templates and databases application?
There is no difference in between them. All our Access templates are databases applications but don't have your data in it yet.
Are all the transactions secure?
A lot of Internet users are very skeptical about making a purchase on-line. We totally understand this and want you to feel completely comfortable about making a purchase from us. For your convenience, we use PayPal as our credit card processor. With PayPal, your credit card information is never seen by us.
When I can received my database software?
You can download your software right after you pay. Please contact our supporting at support@businessdbbuilder.com if you placed your order but can not download the document file.
When I click on my download link, I receive an error message
Please email our support team at support@businessdbbuilder.com with your purchase invoice information, we will sent product to you as an attachment.
How can I open the download files?
The download files are "zipped" to minimize the file size. You will need some extraction software tools like WinRaR to open it after your downloaded.
Software Refund Policy
A full refund will be granted if the software you purchased is not available to you either by download or by email within 72 hours of purchase. All other refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
